Mission Statement
Doug enjoys assisting in the development of leadership capacity in individuals through their own growth as disciples, servants and shepherds, through their analysis and evaluation of various leadership understandings from a Biblical perspective, and through their development of leadership skills.
In his role as associate dean, Doug seeks to assist in the structuring of the learning environment and processes that is conducive to faculty, staff and student holistic growth.
Background
For most of Doug's adult life he has been involved with Bethany Bible Institute, now Bethany College. His role included teaching and administration to fulfill his mission of teaching students the Bible in order that they would continue to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Doug began as Associate Dean and Associate Professor of MBBS-ACTS in August 2002.
